Indigo House is located in the heart of Vermont, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Breakfast Bay Beach, which is great for swimming, or a longer stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

This very spaciouse 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance of the Onrus Trading Post. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is filled with natural light, with stacking doors providing seamless flow to a deck in front with distant sea views and a deck at the back with a built-in braai and mountain views. Furnished practically and colorfully for easy use. The home has a full kitchen with oven / stove and dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, making longer stays convenient. In the lounge, there is a SmartTV & DSTV. Guests can log in to their own streaming accounts. Fiber is available with a UPS, so you will always be connected.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with direct access to the front deck; these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards, so plenty of space to unpack.

Parking is available in the double garage, which also has a washing machine. The home is fitted with an alarm for added peace of mind when stepping out.

Booking Notes

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice** Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice. On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay. One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required. Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream. **Payments, Banking & Refunds** All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival. In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder's details correspond. Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number. Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed. All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
