If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

With its own separate entrance, this beautifully designed studio offers relaxed open-plan living with a cosy lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedroom with en-suite shower. Simply arrive with your suitcase — everything else is taken care of.

Unwind on the king-size bed, and enjoy air-conditioning for warm days. The studio comes with a Smart TV & DSTV, or log in to your own streaming accounts. Fibre and backup power are available to keep you connected always. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and air fryer; it’s ideal for effortless, easy living by the coast.

Secure parking is available for one vehicle behind a gate. The studio also has an alarm for peace of mind when stepping out.

Booking Notes

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice** Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice. On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay. One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required. Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream. **Payments, Banking & Refunds** All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival. In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder's details correspond. Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number. Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed. All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
