The property boasts 180° panoramic views stretching from Vermont to Gansbaai and Danger Point. Mountains and fresh air surround you to wash away the city life. Bedroom one has a Queen bed with en-suite, TV, and air conditioner for added privacy. Bedrooms two and three have Queen beds with ceiling fans and en-suites. Bedroom four has a double bed with a ceiling fan and an en-suite.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 12 December and 12 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- Strictly no pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guest must log into their own streaming accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, but off-street parking for four vehicles in front of the garage.
- Property shared with long-term tenants occupying a flat with a separate entrance.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
