If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

Studio 2 @ One is a dream come true, ideally located within walking distance of Onrus Trading Post and Onrus Beach. The studio provides all the essentials, so you only need to bring your suitcases and braai wood. The communal patio features a seating area and a portable braai for outdoor enjoyment. Inside, you can relax and entertain yourself with amenities such as DSTV and Fiber. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave/oven combination, and a gas stove, giving you the flexibility to cook or barbecue and savor a cold beer while watching the sunset.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas are filled with natural light and offer a spacious and seamless flow. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and has access to a wheelchair-friendly bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an en-suite shower for added privacy. Both rooms are equipped with built-in cupboards, providing ample space for longer stays.

Secure parking is available for one vehicle behind a gate. The property is equipped with a backup power supply to ensure essential amenities remain operational during load-shedding.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 10-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, secure parking behind gate for one vehicle.
- No washing machine available, guest must make use of a laundromat.
- The property may be shared with owners or other guests, with separate entrances for each unit.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
- Rates are quoted per unit and are subject to change without notice.
