You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.
This holiday home has the most beautiful antique and colorful furnishing, free-flowing, and light-filled, providing a perfect escape for a group seeking respite from city life. A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher ensures a comfortable stay. The traditional dining room leads to a TV lounge with a coffee station and SmartTV with Fiber so guest can stream their own Netflix. A mini inverter will ensure you stay connected.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds, and bedroom 2 has a king bed, both these bedrooms have scenic views of Hoys Koppie and get morning sun, these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom three has a double bed with an en-suite for a little more privacy.
Just a few steps from the kitchen is a separate entrance entertainment area with board games and a laundry room with a bathroom. You will have two braais to choose from, one is outdoor and the other is undercover.
A fully walled property with a large area for kids to run and play safely. Secure parking behind gates for three vehicles. The home also has an alarm, so you can sleep safely.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner permits an exception, a pet cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, secure parking behind the gate for three vehicles.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
