Two fruit farms, three title deeds

Become part of two of the Western Cape's thriving agricultural fruit farms. The sale involves three separate parcels of land across two farms, totaling 48.3835 hectares (three title deeds). The total planted hectares is 26.7 hectares, which includes 1.7 ha planted in October 2025 and a 1 ha-replanting project planned for Granny Smith and Beaut Select varieties in 2026. The following apple cultivars are cultivated on the farm: Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Sundowner, African Red, Cripps Pink, Cripps Red, Royal Gala, Early Golden, and Packhams Triumph pears. Additional arable land is 2.75 ha. The irrigation and infrastructure consist of one pump for each farm, with an additional pump at the Lorraine Dam being used to replenish the 31.6 ha farm's dam with water as needed. The dam embankment is lower than 5 meters and does not require structural certification. The submersible 11 kW pump is inside the dam. A Dink 13 kW pump is on the embankment on the bigger farm. A 15 kW pump with a variable-speed drive is shared by the two farms to fill the upper dam from the Big Dam.

All the primary buildings are on the 11.7 ha farm, which includes a beautiful three-bedroom thatched homestead, a store with two flats that can be let, two outbuildings for storage, and a vacant Nutec cottage. This farm has one Eskom connection point. On the 31.60 ha farm, there is a farm store, four houses, of which one is used as an Airbnb, and eight workers' houses, in which four permanent workers live.
