Areas such as Yzerfontein, Langebaan and Paternoster are popular weekend getaways for Capetonians and other residents from the Cape regions. The Vygevallei Padstal is about a 50-minute drive from the Blouberg area, 45-minutes from Malmesbury and close to Yzerfontein and Darling. It is about a half-hour from Langebaan and also easily accessible from Saldanha and Vredenburg.
