Sporting Chance is a foundation whose aim is to provide children from impoverished communities with the opportunity to play sport in a safe environment.
Sporting Chance was established in 1990 and has grown to become a leading sports coaching and development organization in South Africa.
The kids assisted by Sporting Chance are educated about health and important life skills and their main aim is to nurture natural and raw sports talent. Their programmes include Street Soccer, Health of the Nation, Calypso Cricket, Street Cricket, Phys Ed and Bursary Funding. Their coaching services include holiday coaching clinics, afternoon clinics, school term coaching sessions, individual coaching and birthday parties.
The sports that are coached include athletics, basketball, cricket, hockey, netball, physical education, rugby, soccer, softball, squash, swimming, tennis, volleyball and water polo.

The birthday parties hosted by Sporting Chance are always action packed and full of fun. The sports-themed parties include a two hour session of sporting activities for children ages 4 - 13 years old and are tailormade to suit your individual needs. Price: From R150p/p to R580p/p, depending on the number of days and age. Weekly afternoon coaching clinics during school term cost R450p/p.
