At Seeff Edenvale, life is about so much more than buying, selling and renting property. It’s about building relationships, celebrating achievements and being actively involved in the communities we proudly serve. Over the past few weeks, our diary has been filled with memorable moments, community spirit, team celebrations and opportunities to make a difference.
From recognising outstanding achievements in real estate to supporting local sporting events and celebrating our proudly South African heritage, here’s a look at what’s been happening at Seeff Edenvale!
Celebrating excellence at the Northern Region Chairman’s Awards
We kicked off October with a proud moment for our Seeff Edenvale team at the Northern Region Chairman’s Awards, held at Blu Saffron on 7 October. The event celebrated outstanding achievements across the property industry, and we were delighted to see our team’s dedication and hard work recognised.
A huge congratulations to our award winners: Neo and Phenicia for First Rentals, Fiona and Landon as Sales Achievers, and Chrissie as Rentals Achiever.
These achievements reflect the commitment, professionalism and passion our team brings to helping clients navigate the Edenvale property market. Whether assisting buyers in finding their dream home, helping sellers achieve their property goals or matching landlords with suitable tenants, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
We are incredibly proud of our achievers and look forward to celebrating many more milestones together!
Celebrating Heritage Day the Seeff way!
On 23 September, our team took time out to celebrate Heritage Day with good food, great company and plenty of laughter. It was a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the diverse cultures, traditions and backgrounds that make South Africa such a special place to call home.
At Seeff Edenvale, we know that our communities are enriched by the people who live, work and connect within them. Sharing a meal and enjoying one another’s company reminded us that, beyond our professional roles, we are part of a team built on relationships, respect and a shared sense of belonging.
From our team to yours, we hope your Heritage Day was filled with wonderful memories, meaningful connections and everything that makes us proudly South African!
Running together for community spirit at the Jeppe Marathon
On 20 September, the Seeff Edenvale team proudly volunteered at the Baldwin-sponsored Jeppe Marathon, supporting runners as they made their way through Edenvale and Bedfordview before finishing at Saheti.
The event brought together runners, families, volunteers and supporters in an inspiring celebration of fitness, determination and community spirit. Our team was delighted to cheer participants along the route and help create an encouraging atmosphere for everyone taking on the challenge.
A special thank you goes to the organisers, sponsors and volunteers who helped make the event possible. Being involved in initiatives that bring our local communities together is something we value deeply.
Swinging for a greater cause at Edenvale High Golf Day
On 18 September, we swapped our usual property conversations for a day on the greens at Modderfontein Golf Club! The Edenvale High Golf Day brought together supporters for friendly competition, great company and, most importantly, an opportunity to raise funds for Tree of Hope.
The Seeff Edenvale team was thrilled to participate in this meaningful community initiative. It was a fantastic day of connection and camaraderie, with everyone coming together to support a cause that makes a difference in the lives of others.
A big thank you to Edenvale High for hosting the event and to everyone who contributed to its success. We are proud to support initiatives that strengthen our community and help create positive change.
More than property. We’re part of your community.
Whether celebrating team achievements, embracing our heritage or supporting local causes, Seeff Edenvale remains committed to the people and neighbourhoods that make our area special.
From Edenvale to Greenstone Hill, Bedfordview, Modderfontein and Linbro Park we are proud to help people find homes, build futures and make lasting connections.
As we look forward to the months ahead, we remain excited about the opportunities to serve our clients, support local initiatives and continue making a positive difference in our community.
