Seeff Dolphin Coast stands tall at Seeff National Awards

This was initially reflected in their successes at the Seeff KZN Regional Awards held earlier this year – and now Seeff Dolphin Coast has garnered top trophies in their Division at the Seeff National Awards held in Port Elizabeth on 10 May 2017. In their Division Seeff Dolphin Coast won the Licensee of the Year Award – for the 5th consecutive year, Marketer of the Year Award – for the 6th consecutive year, the Ooba Award for the highest value of home loans granted, while their Marketing and Sales Director Tim Johnson took the Top National Student Award for the Advanced Leadership Programme facilitated by Milpark Business School.
According to Tim “Competing on a national level is what champions us at Seeff Dolphin Coast. Business organisations must be prepared to do things differently if they expect different results. We are prepared to stretch ourselves, rethink what is required in a demanding workplace and drive significant changes in order to get improved results.”
Mark Johnson, one of the licensees at Seeff Dolphin Coast and chair of Seeff KZN, concurs with this sentiment: “We often feel more compelled to take risks and then become even more motivated to succeed.
