Husband and wife team Roger and Glynis Hoaten took over as licensees of the Seeff branch in Berea, Durban, in February 2014, and since then have developed a reputation for ?delivering a specialised? service ?to ?clients, ?particularly ?in the upper price bracket. On 26 July the highest priced sectional title unit ever sold on the Berea was registered – the property being the ?one of a kind penthouse ?of the exclusive 355 Musgrave Road ?apartment ?complex, which fetched a price of R18m and was sold by Roger and Glynis. The highest priced house sold on the Berea ?in 2016? was sold ?on 31 March? this year ?for R8 million, also by the Hoatens.
