Seeff EPIC for Orphans Awareness Campaign
What began as a cycling dream at the 2024 Absa Cape Epic has grown into a mission of hope for orphaned and vulnerable children in Secunda. Inspired by the race and the support of over 250 local followers, Renier Louwrens and Maree Verhoef joined forces with Billy & Anne-Lize Fick to launch the Seeff EPIC for Orphans Awareness Campaign.
Our goal is simple but powerful: Hope for Orphans, Strength for Secunda. Together, with the support of our cycling community, we aim to raise funds to upgrade facilities and create a brighter future for these children.
Pedaling for a Purpose
On Tuesday 16 Sept, we hosted a night ride with 120 local cyclists, raising awareness and funds for orphans. From boerewors rolls to inspiring stories, the evening was filled with connection and community spirit. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported this cause — this is just the beginning!
