Jessica's was founded by husband and wife duo Jessica Botha and Andries Strydom. They both share a passion for entertaining and good food and wanted to combine that into the experience that Jessica's provides today. Jessica is a private chef turned owner. After studying a Cordon Bleu cookery course at the famed Silkwood Cookery School in Cape Town, the chef wanted to imbue her love of cooking into her very own restaurant. Now, with three locations under Jessica's name, the restaurant is primed to deliver a quality, family-forward approach on every site.
