This year, Seeff Richards Bay celebrates an incredible milestone, 20 years in real estate for our Director, Elaine Vandayar.
Elaine’s journey is one of courage, ambition, and purpose.
In 2006, at just 25 years old, she took her first step into the real estate industry. By the age of 28, she had already made her mark as the youngest licensee within Seeff, a testament to her drive and determination.
In 2009, alongside Silven Chetty, she brought a vision to life by founding of Seeff Richards Bay. For her, this was about creating something meaningful for the city they call home.
Today, that vision has grown into a team of 25 dedicated agents, with Seeff Richards Bay standing as one of the leading real estate brands in the region, playing a significant role in shaping the local property market.
Beyond the success, what truly defines Elaine’s journey is people, the clients who have trusted her with their homes, the agents who have grown alongside the business, and the community that continues to believe in the brand.
