In April, our Bloemfontein office witnessed a touch of celebration as we commemorated the birthdays of two of our esteemed Agents, alongside our principal, Jeanone Robertson. Additionally, we warmly welcomed two new Agents, Clifford and Mare Human, to our Seeff family, anticipating fruitful collaborations ahead.
The month also saw notable achievements in our property listings, with several surpassing the 5 million rand mark, one of which has already received a signed offer for purchase done by Stanley Robertson. Amidst this growth, we were pleased to introduce Sandra Muller as our new administrator assistant, balancing her role as a rental assistant and sales assistant with dedication and proficiency.
April marked an uptick in listing numbers indicative of a thriving real estate market. Chanel van Zyl, our Rental Agent, demonstrated unwavering commitment in securing new rental properties, working tirelessly to meet our clients' needs.
