Welgedacht at a glance

The suburb of Welgedacht was established in the 1940s. Welgedacht consists predominately of well-established spacious free-standing homes and vacant land which is also not a rarity that offers future buyers the opportunity to build their dream home or is ideal for the developer and investor. The quiet suburb features wide sidewalks which are ideal for a leisurely stroll through the neighbourhood.  

The close-knit community also arranges enjoyable afternoons where community members are encouraged to organise themselves into teams for the respective sports, and compete in friendly games that consist of soccer, and netball. There are also flea market stalls and good food.
