Ideally located on the Garden Route, Sedgefield sits on the coastline between George (35km) and Knysna (20km), providing easy access to all the popular tourist attractions in the area. The lifestyle is laid back and the crime rate low thus you can enjoy the peace and wide open spaces.

This seaside town in the heart of the Lakes District, known for its beautiful golden sandy beaches, has something to offer everyone and is popular with both local and international holiday makers and property investors. Apart from swimming and sunbathing, there is a variety of watersports - wind surfing, yachting and water-skiing. Swartvlei is ideal for them, with good offshore winds and a wide expanse of water. If getting wet is not your thing, there is still much to do. There's bowls, tennis, cycling, canoeing, horse riding, golf and fishing - lagoon, rock & surf and bass fishing.
