Port Zimbali Estate (affectionately referred to as PZE by the residents) is a sought-after security estate nestled along the north western boundary of Zimbali Coastal Resort south of Ballito, at the heart of the popular Dolphin Coast. While PZE is comparable to most of the upper-end security estates in the geographic area of Ballito, it distinguishes itself from them in the following way: It is close to all amenities (1.5 km to Alberlito Hospital and a private school, 2.5 km to shopping centres, 4.1 km to Ballito beach, 24 km to King Shaka International Airport and 30 km to Gateway and Umhlanga), but falls outside the perimeter of the day-to-day hustle and bustle of Ballito.
