Hello, I'm Ursula Bennett, but most people know me as "Ursh."

As a Full Status Property Practitioner with a strong background in marketing and sales, I have always had a passion for people and property. I am incredibly proud to be part of the Seeff family, a brand renowned for its professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence in real estate.

With five years of experience in the property industry and three rewarding years with Seeff Worcester, I have gained valuable knowledge and expertise across a wide range of property transactions. Real estate is far more than simply buying and selling homes, it is about understanding people's needs, building lasting relationships and helping clients make some of the most important decisions of their lives.

My husband, our two wonderful sons, and I now call Worcester West home. Surrounded by majestic mountains, breathtaking scenery, and a peaceful way of life, we have truly found a place where we feel we belong. One of the things we value most is the sense of safety and community that the Western Cape offers. We feel incredibly blessed to live in such a beautiful part of South Africa and to enjoy a lifestyle that allows us to appreciate the outdoors, connect with nature, and spend quality time with our family.

More recently, my parents moved from KwaZulu-Natal after spending their entire lives there. Like us, they have embraced the lifestyle and beauty of the Western Cape and are quickly settling into their new community. Seeing them enjoy this chapter of their lives has reinforced our belief that the Breede River Valley offers something truly special for people of all ages.
