My career in Real Estate started in 2005 when I worked as a receptionist for an independent Real Estate business, based in the Central Business District of Cape Town.
I displayed a keenness early on to learn new skills and further my career. In the five years I was with the company I progressed to being PA to the principal of the firm and the sales team, supporting everyone in the office with administrative duties and tasks. I went on to become a phenomenal 'front of house' office co-ordinator, greeting and meeting a diverse range of clients that visited the business on a daily basis that I also chose to study for, and achieve my NQF Level 4 in Real Estate.
My personal and professional growth over five years was impressive, as I grew immensely in confidence and ability, pushing myself to learn new skills, take on new tasks, extend her my duties and became a fully integrated member of the team. This was during the big property boom with the city rejuvenation.
I developed a capacity for multi-tasking, as the demands of my job increased, dealing with: telephonic, as well as face to face interactions with clients; updating databases; property brochures, portfolio stock lists, property files; uploading properties to various marketing web portals; dealing with external contractors and suppliers; fielding client enquiries for both rental and sale properties. I was often the first person that clients encountered, I became the 'face' of the business.
After 5 years of working in the City Centre I decided to spread my wings and use my expertise and that is when I joined an agency in the Blouberg area in 2017 as a Sales Intern Agent. Eight months into this new venture, I met an old friend in the property business who told me about Seeff Blouberg and how she prospered in the firm and the kind of support she was getting.
In August 2017 I joined Seeff Blouberg as a Rental Specialist and have never looked back. Seeff has helped me grow my personality and adjust into the Real Estate world.
I have outdone myself and rate myself as one of the best Rental Area Specialists in the Parklands/Parklands North Area.
My politeness, professional and helpful attitude when dealing with clients differentiates me from the pack.
