Liesl is a driven individual, enthusiastic and eager to grasp new opportunities and meet challenges head on. She possesses excellent problem solving and decision-making ability through a practical hands-on approach. Years of experience in a variety of different environments have enabled her to reflect and develop healthy self-management skills along with the ability to analyse, innovate and develop a plan of action to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. She pays attention to detail and strive to improve on procedures, policies as well as self-development. Liesl is adept at handling multiple assignments and assuring they are all seen to. One of her key strengths is communication; building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results.
