It is important to carefully listen to what they say and also read between the lines to ensure that you service them properly according to their needs and do not waste anyone's time. I see myself as a facilitator - bringing together the seller and the purchaser. Happy and satisfied clients give word-of-mouth referrals which are very valuable in our industry. I strive to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. I am always available to my clients and strive towards delivering excellent service. I am honoured to be awarded Excellent Achiever Status and was also given the very special Chairman's Award for 2024 by our Chairman, Samuel Seeff.
