Julie joined Seeff in 2005 and specialises in residential sales in Pinelands.
Julie obtained a degree in teaching from UCT and a post-graduate degree in education from the University of Stellenbosch. She began her career as a teacher but after a few years decided to follow in her parent’s footsteps and join the family business. Her passion for property comes from growing up in a family that was an integral part of the Seeff group from its humble beginnings.
Julie has been part of the Pinelands community for many years, having grown up in the area and attending the local high school. She lived in four different homes in Pinelands as her parents enjoyed buying, renovating and selling homes.
Her years spent in the education industry helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate. She prides herself on have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling a home, and it is her passion to play matchmaker and find a prospective buyer their future home. In 2022, Julie had the opportunity of working with one of the Cape’s top property developers, and working as sole agency on Pineworx, the first residential and commercial development in the area in over 25 years.
Julie is a fully qualified and Lifetime Achiever agent after earning achiever status for 18 consecutive years. She believes that true value in any achievement lies in the way you have earned it and upholds the values of excellence, passion and integrity.
When not working in the family business, Julie enjoys spending time at home with her family and friends, and travelling around the beautiful Western Cape. She loves running, pilates, home décor & listening to music.
