Jana Heunis grew up in Stellenbosch attending Stellenbosch High School and is a BComm Management Accountant graduate. After a number of years' experience as financial manager of a family business, she decided to join the Seeff Stellenbosch/ Croydon & De Wijnlanden team as a Rental Agent in 2017.
Jana has a deep understanding of how challenging it is for property owners and tenants entering into a lease/contract with trust and peace of mind.
Jana enjoys interacting with clients and problem solving is her absolute passion. She evaluates every situation in detail to resolve any issues/problems amicably.
Interacting with 2 parties in every situation, solving a problem and getting both parties to agree and respect each other’s views, is what she strives for. Her ultimate goal is that both owner and tenant/s must always be satisfied with the outcome and the situation that was resolved.
She currently manages a portfolio of over forty properties, mostly in all the well-known estates. She is dedicated to ensuring that the properties that she manages are well maintained and looked after for the sake of both the owner and tenant/s. Her attention to detail with all her ingoing and outgoing inspections has earned her the reputation of a highly qualified letting agent. Jana has built up a network of highly qualified service providers/contractors to assist owners and or tenants with urgent repairs or maintenance problems that might occur from time to time.
