James Lewis is the principal and director of Seeff Southern Suburbs, Hout Bay and Llandudno.
James holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Cape Town. After a career as an entrepreneur, he joined the Seeff Property Group in 2012 as the licensee for the Hout Bay and Llandudno area which he quickly transformed into one of the most successful property areas in the Cape Peninsula.
In 2015 James extended the license to the Southern Suburbs area, spreading his marketing ingenuity further. His dynamic leadership has turned the Southern Suburbs, Hout Bay and Llandudno licensee areas into one of the top performing areas within the Seeff Property Group nationally.
James has structured and built a real estate business which is highly successful and attracts top property agents and performers. Many of the property agents within his license are top achiever award winners, recognised not just at a regional, but also at a national level.
National Awards include Licensee of the Year (2016, 2018, 2019, 2020), Marketer of the Year (2013, 2014, 2017), ICT Excellence (2013 to 2017) and Rental Licensee of the Year for Division 3 in 2020.
