Graham Noot

Graham is a Full Status Property Practitioner who joined Seeff in 2021, specialising across the Upper Highway from Kloof to Cato Ridge and the surrounding areas. He has a particular focus on the region’s rural and semi-rural property markets, including Monteseel, Camperdown, Cato Ridge, Hammarsdale and Cliffdale.

Born and raised in Durban, Graham has a longstanding connection to KwaZulu-Natal. After spending time living in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, he returned to the area he has always considered home and now lives near Drummond. This personal connection, together with his work across the Upper Highway and surrounding rural communities, has given him a genuine appreciation for the diverse properties and lifestyles the area offers.

Before entering real estate, Graham worked in print media across both marketing and editorial roles, as well as in the demand forecasting environment. This varied professional background has equipped him with valuable skills in communication, analysis and understanding market dynamics, which he now brings to his property career.

Graham understands that selling a home is rarely just a financial transaction. A property can hold years of memories, and the decision to sell is often accompanied by excitement, uncertainty and emotion. He therefore approaches each client with professionalism, empathy and an understanding of the personal circumstances behind every move.

His philosophy is simple: provide honest, professional guidance while working to ensure that each property transaction is beneficial and as stress-free as possible for everyone involved.

Outside of real estate, Graham enjoys reading, keeping fit and horse riding. He also has a keen interest in aviation and holds a Private Pilot’s Licence — an interest that reflects both his adventurous side and his appreciation for seeing things from a different perspective.
