I have always had a passion to work with people; to provide a predictable service and to see a happy client. My property management knowledge has been garnered from working in places like Transnet where I was responsible for safety management, inspections of buildings, investigate incidents, and also was an owner of a guest house for four years. It provided me with the correct knowledge to work as a rental agent.

Fanie is very familiar with building inspections, very important for rental agent to know what to look for when doing a incoming or outgoing inspection, and to make sure that property is given to tenant in a neat condition and returned in the same condition and to know the difference between wear & tear and damage. He is the right agent to look after your property and find the best suitable tenant, and to manage your property well with his knowledge
