Deneil Adams

Deneil Adams is a candidate property practitioner specialising in residential rentals in the Illovo, Fairway, Inanda, Atholl and Melrose Arch area.

Deneil Adams joined Seeff in January 2023, from a smaller agency. She has prior experience in real estate and has undergone rigorous and continuous training at Seeff. Her work experience and can-do attitude have helped her become a very people orientated person who has learnt how to adapt and thrive in the ever changing real estate industry.

Having stayed in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg for over a decade, she has a good understanding of the rental housing market in her area. Having a strong social media presence has helped her build a large network which in turn helps her effectively find the perfect new home for tenants as well as find suitable tenants for landlords.

Deneil handles both placement-only and fully managed rentals.
