Cornie Swart is a lifelong Western Cape resident with deep roots in agriculture and the Walker Bay community. Born in Gansbaai and raised on a farm, he has always maintained a strong connection to the land and its people.
With agricultural studies and more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Cornie brings extensive knowledge of farming, rural business, land and property.
He joined Seeff in Gansbaai in 2011, later establishing the Pearly Beach office in 2016 and Stanford office in 2018. He has been actively involved in organised agriculture for many years and served as President of Agri Western Cape.
With his agricultural expertise, property experience and strong local roots, Cornie is committed to building successful property teams and serving the Walker Bay community.
