I was born and raised in Summerstrand and have lived most of my working life in (Gqeberha) Port Elizabeth and am thus very familiar with our city and surroundings, including agricultural small holdings.
Having lived in Summerstrand, Lovemore Park, Walmer and currently in Walmer Heights I know and understand the areas and all surrounding suburbs, intimately.
After a long career in private business, I began my new life as an estate agent in 2014 and joined the Seeff Property Group late 2015 as I wanted to be associated with a major professionally run national brand backed by a team of innovative competent property experts and have been based in the Walmer office on Main Road ever since.
Besides attending a SETA approved NQF4 course offered by Seeff Property to qualify as an Estate Agent/Property Practitioner, I have in addition, successfully completed a number of courses which have served to hone my skills. For example: Prospecting Tool, FICA Compliance, POPA Act, Commercial property, Distressed Sale and a number of additional courses.
Seeff is strong on on-going training which keeps the agents motivated and up-dated on the effects of amended legislation e.g., the recently promulgated Property Practitioners Act and the effects it will have on transforming the Estate Agency Industry.
In addition, Seeff is a nationally based organisation with representation in all the major centres of South Africa and is recognised as one of the top three Estate Agencies which generates many successful referrals between regions.
Welcome to my area of operations which includes Walmer, Walmer Heights, Walmer Downs, Lovemore Park, Lovemore Heights, Mount Pleasant Theescombe and all adjacent suburbs.
