Chris Brand

I retired from a long career in Education, with the last 14 years training and teaching in the Middle Eastern countries; Bahrain, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.

I hold a BA in Drama from UCT and acquired the FETC in Real Estate (NQF Level 4) in 2018.

In January 2021, we established a vibrant partnership where we specialize in the selling of luxury beachfront apartments. As a team, we understand that the buying and selling process can be very stressful and therefore our personal and professional approach is geared to lower your stress levels and make your experience a pleasurable one. We shine when it comes to providing peerless customer service and we keep our clients informed every step of the way. In 2021 we achieved the number one position in the country for selling the most units and also at the highest rand value. In 2024 we again achieved the number one partnership regionally and nationally for the most units sold.
