Charlotte lives with her husband in Westcliff, Hermanus. They moved from Somerset West when Charlotte accepted a position as a Professional Nurse at Mediclinic. It wasn't long before they developed a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, close-knit community and natural beauty that make Hermanus such a special place to call home.
After completing her studies in Hospitality Management in Cape Town, Charlotte began her career in the hospitality industry, working in some of the United Kingdom's leading hotels. She later joined Emirates, where she qualified as cabin crew and travelled extensively. During this time, she gained valuable experience in delivering exceptional service while working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Charlotte's passion for helping others eventually led her into healthcare. She qualified in nursing, midwifery and psychiatry and spent many years serving communities across the Western Cape, including the Cape Flats. Her nursing career strengthened the qualities that continue to define her today - compassion, professionalism, integrity and the ability to remain calm and supportive during life's most important moments.
Property has always been part of Charlotte's life. Growing up, her father worked as a town and city planner and the family moved regularly because of his work. Weekend visits to show houses became treasured family outings and sparked a lifelong interest in homes, property and the communities they help shape.
The Seeff name has been familiar to Charlotte since childhood.
