Owners are also welcome to register their own builder, providing that they qualify in terms of Langebaan Country Estate’s regulations.

Langebaan Country Estate has, via the Building Compliance Office, developed a Contractors’ Code of Conduct (CCC) to assure that all building activities on the Estate comply with all legislation and requirements around Environment, Health and Safety, and other building-related aspects. The CCC also ensures that residents are the least hindered by any building activities.
