Entering the property, you will be welcomed by a lovely braai area and stunning outside shower, perfect for surfers or just to get the extra sand off your feet after a day relaxing and enjoying the beach and lagoon. The large room has a very comfortable King bed and large windows. The bathroom includes a great size bath and a comfortable shower. This Studio is perfect for accommodating up to two people in a modern and functional environment. There is a kitchen and wonderful areas to sit and relax after a long day at the beach.

You'll be living in the trendy neighbourhood of Kabeljauws, known for its stunning beaches, calm atmosphere and our own little Jeffreys Bay 'Green Garden' coffee shop. It is also located close to shopping centres and shops, as well as a short drive to some of the town’s best restaurants and pubs. The beach is only a short 5-minute walk away, and the much-loved Kabeljauws lagoon only 5 minutes’ drive from your front door. This is a family friendly area and kids enjoy the lagoon every time they go there.
