I initially started my career in the financial sector, while studying Accounting part-time, and was in the industry for 9 years. I then decided to refresh my administrational skills and move to a different facet of office work. From there on I stayed on the administration side of the office.
During Covid, my husband and I moved from Paarl to Tulbagh, where we bought our first property. Through this process we became acquainted with the Tulbagh Seeff Office-agents. Taking part in community events is also an integral part to becoming part of the local Tulbagh community. I became involved in the admin and accounting department of CHAIN, the NPO for animals. From this came a job offer from the Tulbagh Seeff Office. I gladly accepted and started working at Seeff Tulbagh as Administrator/Receptionist in February of 2021.
Out of the office I enjoy spending time at home with my husband and our 2 dogs. Having friends and family over for a braai and enjoying some live sport is also part of my pastime. Otherwise you'll find me burying my nose in a James Patterson novel with a cup of tea.
For me, personally, the reception is of utmost importance, as the prospective clients' first impression begins at reception. I find the industry stimulating, and would also say real estate research has become more captivating and can be seen as one of my interests now. I still enjoy all the daily challenges and learning that comes with working at Seeff. I am proud to be part of the Seeff Family, and hope to be part of the group for years to come.
