This portion is 171.3ha and it is also suitable for game and cattle with 8 cattle camps already in place. There are two houses, staff quarters, sheds and storerooms and a swimming pool on this farm. All the buildings are in good condition. Both houses offer 3 bedrooms. The property further offers 2 equipped boreholes, 1 cement dam, I earth dam and 3 water tanks.
