Gowrie Village

Gowrie Village is a country residential estate within the quaint town of Nottingham Road in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. It was established in 2002, with the aim of creating “a charming village” rooted in the rich history of KZN.
A sense of space and inter-connectivity are key to the village layout. Green parks, grassy verges, lush gardens, walkways and streets lined with verandah-fronted homes echoing back to days gone by create a “village in a landscape”.

Interaction between home owners and their families with their immediate neighbours is encouraged within the village through the deliberate positioning of their homes, with street-facing gardens and living areas.
