Norma boasts a rich 36-year tenure in marketing. Initially, I spent 15 years immersed in the workings of a Printing establishment, collaborating closely with my husband on bookkeeping and spearheading the company's marketing initiatives. Following that, I dedicated 21 years to Printpack Ltd, a subsidiary of Nampak Group. Notably, I was the first female representative appointed, and after two years of demonstrating my capabilities, I ascended to the role of Sales Manager. This achievement marked a significant milestone as the first instance of a woman assuming a managerial position within the company.
Throughout this journey, I actively pursued numerous marketing courses, including the esteemed Nampak Management Development program facilitated by the Department of Business Administration at Rhodes University.
My fervor for my craft is unwavering, driven by a genuine passion for understanding and fulfilling my clients' needs. I take pride in my attentive listening skills and my commitment to providing clients the space to make informed decisions. For me, the gratification lies not in monetary gain but in delivering homes that truly resonate with my clients.
Beyond work, I find joy in race walking, hiking, knitting, yoga and crochet as my hobbies. Additionally, I maintain an active presence in the Pezula Golf & Private Estate, Rexford, Hunters Home, Fisher Haven, Old Place, and Upper Old Place communities.
