New developments division for Seeff North Coast
With a holistic approach to real estate, which has always been to ensure a distinct point of difference, Seeff North Coast recently expanded their suite of services to include a Developments division.
Driven by Principal Tim Johnson, armed with over 15 years of marketing, advertising and local real estate experience and Developments Sales Manager, Ian Naidu, a highly respected property professional with over 18 years' experience in development sales, the New Developments division provides a discerning integrated approach to the positioning and sales of new property developments on the KZN North Coast.
Leveraging off Seeff North Coast's almost 10 years in the local market which has resulted in over R 1.5 billion of sales, local market knowledge, property trends and insights and an in-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour, this new division partners with developers to assist with their feasibilities, and to create and deliver the right product across the real estate spectrum.
Johnson says the Developments division offers a full suite of services including market research and consumer insights, product development, brand and marketing management, and a variety of sales solutions for new residential and commercial developments in the North Coast area.
"We believe that through our significant local market insights and extensive marketing and sales experience, we can assist developers to create well researched, thoughtful products that respond to real consumer needs.
