These countries can be accessed by road and air with direct flights to most of the neighbouring countries from the capital city Lusaka, Livingstone (Tourist Capital) and Ndola in Copperbelt Province.

Zambia's geographical position and high altitude provides the country with sub-tropical climatic conditions, and for the most part, rich and fertile vegetation. Being one of the most water rich countries in Africa, Zambia has 5 vast lakes, among them being the Kariba and Tanganyika; 3 major rivers - the mighty Zambezi bordering all its neighbours to the South, Kafue and Luapula bordering Congo DR. The country also boasts of 17 waterfalls, with the most notable ones being Kalambo Falls and Victoria Falls; locally known as the Mosi-oa-Tunya "The Smoke that Thunders" plus numerous wetland areas.

With warm and friendly people, the official business language is English and is widely spoken across the country. Zambia is a multi-party democracy and provides a free market liberalized economic environment in a stable strife-free and multicultural society. The Zambian Government welcomes investors across all sectors and the laws relating to investment provide investment incentives and protection, in order to attract foreign direct investment and international trade, so as to support sustained economic growth. The country being land-linked and central in location makes it an ideal investment destination. Over the last decade, the country has recorded sustained economic growth levels of around 5 per cent and these have largely been spurred by huge investment in copper mining, construction industry and services - like the service that Seeff Zambia provides. The country has also recorded increase in the tourism industry and agriculture as evidenced by the bumper harvests that have been recorded during this period.

Zambia continues to be one of the fastest growing economies on the African continent and real estate is crucial to the country's on-going development.
