Climate 

The subtropical climate of Pretoria works well to serve the city's lush parks and growing gardens. With temperatures soaring to highs of 34°C during summer months, the city handles its heat with ease. The dryness of Gauteng can mostly be felt during winter months when temperatures drop to between 4°C-20°C.
