Fish Hoek at a glance

Fish Hoek is a delightful seaside resort on the False Bay coastline just south of Cape Town with a wide range of property and real estate for sale and rent. Many of the properties in Fish Hoek nestle along the foot of the rugged Cape Peninsula mountains overlooking one of the safest beaches in the country. Others, high on the mountain slopes afford magnificent views across the whole of False Bay.

Property prices in Fish Hoek have shown strong growth and interest by international investors is escalating. Fish Hoek boasts an excellent infrastructure with excellent schools, hospitals and shopping malls. A regular rail service links Fish Hoek and Cape Town city centre and is popular with commuters.

From June to December each year, the Fish Hoek promenade is a prime spot for viewing the Southern Right whales which take up residence in False Bay to mate and calve. The nearby nature reserves provide further opportunities for lovers of fauna and flora to enjoy the South African outdoors.
