After several years in the hospitality and interior decorating industry Jen decided to combine her passion for people and interiors and joined Seeff North Coast approximately two years ago to begin her journey as a property professional. Jen initiated her career as a support administrator for the Ballito Team of Property Professionals using her prowess in technology to assist her fellow team members. After a year in the Ballito area Jen then moved across to the Seeff Palm Lakes Team where she again provided comprehensive market overviews, as well as assisting in both prospecting properties and Listing properties on various online portals and networking with both sale and rental clients. Having learnt the fundamentals of the estate agency business including ascertaining an overview of gated estate properties in Palm Lakes Estate and beachfront and freestanding residential properties in the greater Ballito area Jen then embarked on completing the compulsory NQF4 qualification that the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs Board) now requires.
Showing a willingness to learn, Jen has always embraced new learning situations and regularly participates in continuous in house training, including assisting her fellow team members with technology guidance. Jen also genuinely believes in helping people for all kinds of reasons, and staying focused each day helps her take on each day as an exciting new challenge with new clients all with differing needs. Jen also believes that the power of people, relationships, negotiation and empathy - are all aspects that cannot be synthesized so the role of an agent cannot be automated.
The timing of Jen's move into the realm of a Property Professional coincides with her recently celebrated marriage and her success in the NQF4 examinations. Jen joins the ranks of a fully qualified team who are raising the bar on professionalism in the Salt Rock area and improving the public's perception of a quality real estate agent.
