Charlene de Marcy Pugin

Charlene joins the property industry after more than two decades in the lighting industry. “I was looking for a change and a challenge. You need to do something different when you start to feel that you can do your work with your eyes closed!”

Property sales are new to Charlene, but she has always worked alongside individuals involved in the property world – architects, developers, interior designers, decorators and electrical contractors – so she’s well-versed in the language.

Her years of experience in the lighting industry have also given her a sense of how to alter a property and add significant value through effective changes like a coat of paint and lighting.

Charlene is honest with her clients and gives constructive advice. “Many people are unable to see potential and lack the vision for what could be. I can help clients to visualise potential.”

Organised, dedicated and committed to figuring everything out, Charlene is learning and making the most of every opportunity that comes her way. “I am a workaholic and tend to work night and day! I’m up for this challenge!”
