Bruce joined Seeff in 2020 as an intern agent, specializing in residential sales for apartments, townhouses, cluster homes, and houses in the suburbs of Douglasdale and Norscot. As a long-time resident of a neighbouring suburb, Bruce is well-placed to advise clients on micro market trends in Douglasdale and Norscot and let prospective buyers know about nearby facilities and amenities. Bruce is currently working towards his real estate PPRE designation.
Bruce has always been interested in the property market and decided to change his career after many successful years working in large international corporate companies, with a specialisation in IT and IT systems.
At IBM, he achieved "100% Club" and "Golden Circle" status for sales excellence; at PWC South Africa, he helped build a division of 20 people up to 250 people. At Iceland Annata (an international company for whom he started the Africa operation), he grew the company to have a presence in 38 countries in Africa. He helped develop four major South African business partners to an international footprint.
Bruce very quickly closed sales after joining the Seeff Sandton team. Negotiation skills and positive motivation are the driving forces that will make Bruce a top agent for years to come.
