How do I now if my school is participating?
- Please go to www.seeff.com and click on School Referral Program
How does the program work?
- The school signs up and the seller refers their home via the
website/call to the agent/visit to nearest Seeff office
Restriction on value of home?
- There is no restriction to the value of the home
Does it have to be a partner of direct family member?
- No – Anyone can refer their property to any school
How many properties can I refer?
- There is no limit to the number of properties that can be referred
What is a qualifying transaction?
- As soon as the home is referred either via the website/a call
to the nearest Seeff office or direct contact to an agent
How and when does the money go to the school?
- The money flows to the school on successful transfer of the
property
How will the referral income be reflected on the parents statement
i.e. debit/credit
- A credit will be shown on the parents school statement
Who registers on programme – parent or school?
- The school signs up for the initiative and the parents register
their home
Where is the money coming from for this programme?
- There is no cost to the seller or buyer for this – all
funds generated are from Seeff’s share
Can a buyer participate?
- No there is no initiative for buyers on the school referral
program – only with the Voyager program
What does the school have to do?
- Contact your nearest Seeff branch and the local licensee will
make arrangements to show the presentation.
