• Can a buyer earn Voyager Miles?
• Yes - by contacting the Seeff office in the area you wish to purchase and registering your name.
• When do I recieve the earned Voyager Miles?
• On successful conclusion of the transfer of the property.
• Can I earn Voyager Miles if I buy another companies property?
• Yes as long as you have registered with Seeff and we submit an offer on your behalf.
• Can I earn Voyager Miles if I don't buy in my name?
• Yes as long as you are member of the Close Corporation or Director of the company.
• If I am a seller what happens if another company introducers the buyer?
• You will then earn half the Voyager Miles.
• What type of transaction does this apply to?
• All residential property - neither commercial or agricultural property are eligable.
• Is there a minimum value required in order to be eligable to earn Voyager Miles?
• Yes R100,000.
• Can I earn if I buy and sell in Zimbabwe and Namibia?
• Yes.
• What can I use Voyager Miles for?
• Voyager Miles can be used for flights and upgrades on flights.
• How do clients join if they are not a Voyager member?
• If interested, clients can join the Voyager program as a new member.
